Terms of Service

These terms govern Incudine website design and build services at https://incudine.com (the "Service"). Incudine is a sole proprietorship operated by Tibeau Fraise, Singapore (business registration number: [to be added]). Address: Singapore (postal address: [to be added]). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Incudine.

By commissioning the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. If you commission work for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. Your project brief

You supply the project brief and all content needed for the site. Contact us at [email protected] about the project.

3. The Service

Incudine designs and builds websites. Two rounds of revisions are included unless agreed otherwise.

For a one-pager, Incudine aims to deliver a first version within 4 working days of receiving the brief and all content. Incudine aims to complete delivery within 60 days for any project. Every date is an estimate unless confirmed in writing.

4. Pricing and payment

The Service is quoted per project. Pricing is quoted and agreed up front before work starts. The price and currency are the price quoted in writing for the project.

Payment terms, including the deposit, milestones and final payment, are agreed in writing before work starts. Payment is by bank transfer or the processor agreed in writing.

5. Your content

You supply the content for the site and confirm that you hold the rights to use it. You keep ownership of your content. You allow Incudine to use that content as needed to design, build and deliver the site.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you ask Incudine to use in the site.

7. Intellectual property

Intellectual property in the delivered site transfers to you on full payment. Incudine keeps its tools. Incudine may show the work in its portfolio unless you object in writing.

8. Third-party services

Third-party services, including hosting, domains, fonts and media generation, are your contracts or are passed through at cost.

9. Disclaimers

Incudine does not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Incudine's total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

11. Termination

Either side may end the engagement in writing. Work done up to that date is payable.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms are dated 25 October 2026. Different terms for your project must be agreed in writing.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to mediation in Singapore before any court. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it goes to the courts of Singapore.
